Breakfast Casserole

Cook and drain
- 1/2 pound spicy pork sausage
Layer the following in buttered 8x8x2” square baking dish
- 4 cups Ore Ida Potatoes O’Brien (or Hashbrowns)
- Optional: 1/4 cup jalapeños
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- cooked sausage
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Mix the following and pour over contents of pan
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Knife will come out clean when done. Let cool on wire rack for 10-15 minutes before serving.
