- 1 pound mild or hot pork sausage
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 ribs celery (diced)

- 28 ounces (large can) crushed tomatoes
- 4 ounces green chiles
- 30 ounces (2 x 15 oz. cans) black beans
- 32 ounces (2 x 16 oz. cans) Bush’s Mild Chili Beans
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 - 3 cups water
Cook on “low” for 4 hours then mix in…
- 6 ounce can tomato paste
Best if put in fridge overnight after cooking. Serve with cornbread or grilled cheese sandwiches.
