Crockpot Turkey Breast

Mix the following to rub in and on the turkey breast…

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Place turkey breast in crock pot with 1 cup chicken stock. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours, but check to make sure temperature is 161-165 degrees before removing;  once removed, let rest 20-30 minutes before serving.
