Thu, Nov 26, 2015 1-minute read

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Place ham in shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer in thickest part of meat so it does not touch the bone. Bake until the thermometer reads at least 140 degrees.

Once the ham is in the oven, make the glaze. In medium saucepan mix…

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 kosher salt
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Cook over medium heat. While stirring constantly, bring to boil and allow to thicken.  Stir 1-2 minutes more. Brush on ham. Once the temperature reaches 140 degrees, remove from oven, cover loosely with aluminum foil and let stand for 15 minutes. Serve.
