1. Mix…

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil 
  • 6 tablespoons cold milk 

2. Divide dough into 2 balls

3. Flatten each ball between 2 pieces of waxed paper

4. Roll with a rolling pin

5. Place in pie pan

Makes 2 x 9” pie crusts
