Combine the following in blender or food processor…
- 1 pound Roma tomatoes (quartered)
- 4-5 fresh jalapenos (or your favorite pepper) that has been diced
- 3 green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup white onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 - 2 salt (to taste)
Blend until desired consistency. Pour into ceramic bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before saving.
