Salsa I

Combine the following in blender or food processor…

  • 1 pound Roma tomatoes (quartered)
  • 4-5 fresh jalapenos (or your favorite pepper) that has been diced
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup white onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 - 2 salt (to taste)

Blend until desired consistency. Pour into ceramic bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before saving.
